Not at all. Our classes are designed for real women — not professional dancers. Every session includes clear, step-by-step instruction so you can build confidence, coordination, and strength at your own pace. Whether you’re brand new or returning to dance after years away, you’ll feel supported.
We offer both drop-in options and class packages. However, space is limited to maintain quality instruction and a comfortable environment, so we strongly recommend registering in advance to secure your spot.
