
I’m Teresa, founder of Wellness In Motion and a Certified Group Fitness Instructor. Dance has been a passion of mine for over 30 years, and I love helping women experience how movement, rhythm, and fitness work together to support wellness.
Dance is a powerful way for to relieve stress, spark creativity, and strengthen both body and mind. My goal is to create a welcoming space in Middle Tennessee where women can move freely, connect, and grow in confidence together.
